Finally Did It...
 

Sent off my application for my C&R license today. Applications to my CLEO and ATF were mailed today. Hopefully, I didn't make any mistakes on the form. Will find out in 6-8 weeks.

Grats! I really wanted to do this. Got the forms, filled them out, etc. Then didn't.

I'm worried of how my house will look. I can handle another rifle or two but if I get one of these I'll have a museum on my hands. I know how hopeless of a collector I am. I don't need to enable my obsessive behavior.

I still may do it but my willpower is so weak. I know to not even tempt myself.

:rofl: Very similar situation here. This is the 3rd time that I got the forms filled out, but decided, hell you only go around once in life, got off my dead ass and sent them in. Part of my reasoning is that Fedgov may decide to close the "collector loophole" someday and do away with C&R. You'll find the room, somewhere, do it!
